How do I create an invitation?

Click 'Start free' on the homepage and follow the 6-step wizard. No account required to build.

Do I need to download anything?

No. OurGuestbook works entirely in your browser. Your guests only need a link.

Customisation

Can I change the colours?

Yes. The wizard includes a colour picker. We ensure your choices stay readable (WCAG contrast guaranteed).

Can I upload my own photos?

Yes. You can upload your hero photo in the design step. Guests can also upload to the photo wall after RSVPing.

Guests & RSVPs

How do guests RSVP?

Guests click your link and fill out a rich RSVP form. They can select meal choice, transport, accommodation, and add a message.

Where do I see the RSVPs?

All responses appear in your dashboard. You can download them or view them live.

Can I personalise the experience per guest tier?

Yes. You can create guest tiers (Bridesmaid, Groomsman, Evening Guest, etc.) and customise what each tier sees.

Payment & tiers

What are the different tiers?

Preview (free), The Invitation (£30), The Celebration (£59), and The Wedding Package (£299). Each adds more features and guest capacity.

Do you offer refunds?

You can build and preview your whole invitation for free — you only pay when you're happy with it. Once paid, it's hosted live for 3 months on The Invitation, or 6 months on The Celebration and The Wedding Package, and you can extend hosting anytime from your dashboard. If something's not right, contact us and we'll help.

After payment

How do I claim my invitation after paying?

Check your email for a magic link. Click it to create your account, and your invitation is yours.

Can I edit after paying?

Yes. Everything is editable in your dashboard — copy, design, guest list, tiers, quick links.

How long is my invitation live?

Six months from purchase, extendable anytime from your dashboard. Download a free PDF keepsake to preserve the guestbook and photos permanently.

What browsers are supported?

All modern browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. Mobile-friendly on all devices.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use Supabase (enterprise-grade Postgres) with encryption. Your guest data is private.
