The service
OurGuestbook provides a digital invitation and guestbook platform. You may create, customise, and share cinematic digital invitations for your event.
Payments
All purchases are one-time payments. Prices are in GBP (including VAT where applicable). Hosting is provided for the purchased period (3 or 6 months) from the date of payment. No refunds after the invitation page has been activated and shared.
Hosting expiry
When your hosting period ends, your invitation page is taken offline. We will send a reminder before expiry. You are responsible for downloading your keepsake PDF before the page sunsets. Hosting can be extended by purchasing a Hosting Extension.
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to display your content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload (photos, text, etc.).
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to: host illegal content, impersonate others, send spam, or circumvent security measures. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
